Digital Marketing Manager (FTC to Perm)

This role is a maternity cover - 14 months FTC to Perm

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will work in a dynamic marketing team. You will work across a multitude of marketing channels and have a strong background in digital marketing. This rewarding role will allow you to strengthen your existing marketing skills by owning digital platforms whilst also having the opportunity to develop in  new areas. 
You will be supported by a leadership team that believe in macro management, trust and transparency who will encourage development of skills and training where required.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with the commercial team to drive a compelling digital journey for customers, driving traffic to the website via a variety of channels.
• Develop strategy & content for social channels, scheduling, executing and monitoring social engagement.
• Utilize email automation platforms to deliver personalised emails to customers via segmentation, experience with Pardot is highly desirable.
• Maximize marketing results through utilizing campaign data and insights to implement
• Work with the web team to implement updates, user experience improvements and edits to the website.
• Work with 3^rd parties to place digital assets on a wide range of online publications.
• Partner, collaborate and influence the cross-functional team to drive projects forwards.
• Be a marketing team ambassador by promoting our values of culture of trust, accountability and transparency.

• Marketing or Scientific degree
• Experience working within a digital marketing role
• Experience in utilising marketing automation, social media and email creation platforms
• Using a CMS to manage web content
• Strong copy writing skills
• HTML experience high desirable
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work using own initiative
